This home sits on property and backs onto lush bushland giving it the perfect location for rest and relaxation. The client designed their home with their dam in mind with each room overlooking the water and the entertaining deck being built over it. This has provided a great entertaining space which flows on from the kitchen open dining living in their home.
This carefully planned project is complete with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, modern kitchen, wrap around verandah, double lock up garage. The client, inspired by other architecturally designed homes that he had seen, fell in love with the idea of having storage running along the entire side of the house which you can see from the plan.
At one end, and not shown in the plan on this gallery, we have also built a 1 bedroom B&B welcoming guests for weekend stays in the area
