Standard Inclusion - Roof Covering

Roofing

We will supply and install new standard concrete roof tiles  or colorbond tin roofing – colour to match existing or choice of colour

Upgrades

  • A single sheet of brown metal roofing designed to look like traditional clay tiles, featuring a repetitive rectangular pattern and a slightly glossy finish.
  • A section of overlapping dark gray roof tiles arranged in neat horizontal rows, commonly used for residential roofing.

Standard Inclusion - External Cladding

A plain, light gray, rectangular surface with a thin horizontal line dividing it into two sections. The texture appears smooth and metallic, resembling a panel or appliance door.

External Cladding

We will Supply and install Weathertex cladding to first floor addition only (300mm EcoGroove Smooth)

Upgrades

Standard Inclusion - Windows

Windows

We willl supply and install standard residential aluminium sliding windows with standard powder coat finish and clear glass

Upgrades

Standard Inclusion - Insulation

We will supply and install R3.5 insulation to the ceiling and we will supply and install R2 insulation to the external walls.

We will supply and install internal swing doors – hollow core internal – flush internal

Upgrades

We will supply and install staircase – MDF treads and risers, stainless steel balustrades and pine handrail ready for flooring.

We will supply and install standard internal door furniture  – Gainsborough OR Ikonic Leverset in black or chrome
