During certain stages of construction, such as demolition and floor frame installation, you’ll need to temporarily leave your home. At this point, power will be disconnected for approximately two weeks to allow work to be carried out safely and efficiently. Once this stage is complete, you’re free to return while we continue with the rest of the build.
Before any work begins, we will discuss all potential risks with you in detail and outline what to expect at each stage of the process. Your site supervisor will always be available to answer any questions and address challenges that may arise.

We enlisted 32 degrees to do a 86sqm second floor addition as well as a small extension to the ground floor and enclosure of carport into a garage.
This was the first time embarking on a larger project. We approached 32 Degrees with a tender as we had plans drawn up. From the first contact with Beau and Alex for the initial quote, the process was very professional and timely. The quote has a fee, but is very detailed.
After deciding to proceed, the HIA fixed price contract was drawn up. All additions and changes were discussed in the pre-start meeting so all parties are aware. The buildertrend app also gives you direct access to the selections, schedule and contact with the team on the ground and in the office so you have complete oversight of what is happening.
The build was expected to take 14 weeks but was completed in 11. The entire process was very well organised, the team were very respectful of the neighbours and property. We had regular communication on site and on the app with Denny, Jonathan and Alex which gave us confidence in the progress when we could not visit. We had an unfortunate issue with the weather and some damage, however this was all covered and the house is better than new.
Back in the office, Mali, Victoria and Emily were across all the selections, schedules and happy to help out with any questions, no matter how basic they may have been.
To note, interior painting, flooring, landscaping are not included, but all of these details are in the contract and very transparent. Finally, the price was pretty much what we were expecting given the size of the addition (including a few additions which we had requested).
Overall, the best compliment we could give is that we would happily go through this process again with 32 Degrees!

32 Degrees Building completed an extension and internal renovation on our home. From the beginning of our journey we were impressed by their responsiveness and ability to manage the approval process for us. The office and project management team were always quick to respond to our queries and questions and the portal made it easy to communicate. They listened to any concerns and kept us up to date with the progress of our build. Maintenance items were attended to promptly and we’re so happy with the results!
32Degrees completed our second storey build in December 2024. The process was fast on time and on budget. All around, it was a great experience, particularly when you hear other people's horror stories! The team finished up in about 11 weeks which was an outstanding result, and we only needed to be out of the house for about 8 weeks. We're delighted with the results.
We had a really good building experience with 32 Degrees as they managed the renovation and extension of our home in Gladesville. Compared to other friends our build was quick, to deadline and there was barely a day that went by without someone on site. No building process is perfect or lacking stress but they were quick to address any concerns and we were very clear up front to ensure transparency of cost. We were very involved in the process and had to work hard to ensure open communication. The design process was consultative and we had minimal defects. We are incredibly pleased with the result and it has significantly changed our life as a family so our spaces now work for us.

Assisted us with the entire build from planning to build completion. Once the project started it took alot less time to complete than we had expected and to a very high quality. It was nice to leave our home and return back to a new bigger home without too much involvement from us as owners. Great company who adhere to the contract agreed upon.

Design - unbelievably helpful and professional throughout the design process. They offered suggestions and guidance throughout the whole design process.
Administration - great effort by all, especially as they were in transit to move their office to a different location.
Progress on Build - this was driven by an app and if you weren't familiar with using their app, they were available to answer questions, offer support and guide you through the app. This was particularly helpful and appreciated when making adjustments.
Construction - the team of employees responsible for the construction were excellent. They were very organised and implemented all parts of the build efficiently. They are a credit to their company. Their communication was second to none as they always kept you informed.
Completion - our extension was completed on time and the quality was better than expedited

We had a large scale reno with 32 Degrees including a first floor addition and ground floor demo and extension. We were beyond happy with how it turned out. The whole process was stress-free (which was opposite the experience of a lot of our friends who’ve done renos in the past). They completed the project without any delays. This was important since we moved out during the build so we were paying rent and mortgage at the same time, so we really appreciated that they delivered even ahead of time. Communication throughout the reno was great both from head office and team on the ground. There’s transparency on timelines and costs with their online portal which was easy to access anytime. Nothing is too difficult, no dramas across anything we raised to anyone – whether that’s Shannan or Victoria at the office, or Denny who managed the onsite team. We also had a great experience with their partners Sydney Drafting who managed our plans and DA submissions. The process was great, and the outcome even better.
The additional level we had built by 32 Degrees is one of the best property decisions we have ever made.

32 Degrees offered a great service covering design, build and ongoing support. It meant that we could deal with a single company when adapting our design to meet our budget. We are very happy with the finished build, and would definitely recommend them.
32 Degrees did a first floor addition + major ground floor renovation at our home over 2022-2023 (downstairs scope included knocking down & reframing internal walls, all new windows, bi-folds, new kitchen, lighting, + decking at front and back).
Overall, we had a great experience and are happy we chose 32 Degrees as our builders. They were fast and efficient - we'd thought the original timeline was optimistic, but the onsite team either met or surpassed the expectations on a weekly basis. A rarity in the industry where deadlines are often pushed out (and brilliant for us as our build was finished as expected).
Both the office staff (we worked primarily with Victoria and Liam) and the on-site team were always quick to come back on any queries that we had, and there was never any hesitation to answer any of our questions.
Post-build experience has also been great; the team have been responsive to the handful of minor warranty requests that we've had.

Really enjoyed the 32 degrees building experience. We got a lovely second floor addition built in a very fast time.
They kept the place clean, no skips, just regular visits with their rubbish removal truck that was great.
We lived in the property for the duration of the work, and they were always courteous and considerate.
They did lots of little extra things to go that extra mile, and put up with my daily questions.
Was a really great experience, and the result was better than I had imagined, so really pleased.
Also they were VERY cost competitive compared to many other quotes that I had received.

They did a second story addition and first floor remodeling. Contract was reasonable. Everything was done on time on budget. 12 weeks and we got to stay at home. The builders were all terrific. Danny was in control. I never felt awkward and the guys from all sections cleaned up daily. Not only were they professional but they were caring worked hard and had everything done on time as per the contract.
